The Best Agility Books: A Practical Guide to Agility by Gary O'Neill, Paul Trowbridge, and Tim McBride The first thing you will notice when reading the book is how very good the writing is. The book is clear and well organized. It is also a good read for any athlete who wants to know what works and what doesn't. The authors all use the same terminology. You'll know what to look for with each product. The book is very easy to understand and read for anyone with even a passing interest in sports. You'll find this book to be a very good resource. It's also good to have in your office. If you do have one of those big plastic shelves that you can put everything in, then this book would be an excellent place to put all of the books.
I just love this book. I just finished a book by someone who is a world-class athlete and is trying to build muscle, so I was excited to get this book for reference. What's even better is that this book was written by an expert in this area. I can't recommend this book enough.
