I am here to help you in making your healthy choice and health decisions. I will be honest with you and if you need me I am available in the following ways: I am not a health professional. I am just a blogger and I like to help you in your health choices and make you aware of various products and services. I will make recommendations about health products and products I find to be helpful for you. I have no expertise, but I do know a lot about health and wellness. I am not qualified to tell you the right way to consume a health product or the best way to do a health exercise. I can only provide you with a basic overview of the products and services that I think are worth your attention. I will not try to diagnose you, but I will try to help you make decisions based on your unique circumstances. I am a former fitness fanatic who started this blog and have a love for life and fitness. I hope that you find some value in what I am writing.

My motto is, "You're just a little bit of junk food in a package."
But the more I learned about the ingredients in the junk food I buy, the more I became a health food blogger.
I started because I wanted to eat healthy, and I realized that a lot of companies were using junk foods to market their products. They are not giving their products enough credit for having ingredients that make them healthier than the regular brands. It's a little too easy to buy junk foods, and then use them to sell unhealthy products that have no nutritional value. So I wanted to share my food blogs and make people aware of the unhealthy, harmful ingredients that are in so many of these products.
I have started with my blog for a good reason: because I don't like eating junk food. And I love sharing my stories about healthy food. I want to encourage more people to start looking at the ingredients in their food and asking themselves, "If that is healthy, why wouldn't I buy it? Why isn't that what I am eating?"
I know that most of you can't go to a health food store. If you can, it is often too expensive. I don't want that for you.
